Are you a good typist? You can still make good money with that school doing scholastic word processing - or typing term papers for students and academic papers for faculty.

While most students are computer literate, many do not have English skills and typing skills. They may be brilliant, but their grades suffer when they turn in poorly typed, incorrectly formatted papers.

Marketing this service is fairly easy - signs on the Student Union bulletin board and advertisements in the student newspaper should suffice. Once students use your service, they'll be back over and over again and tell all their friends. Your doing the final turn-in copy for them may make a whole letter grade differenec - you can take a C paper and turn into a B paper.

Make them do the work. They must come up with the topic. They must do the research, and do the rough draft. You ony type out the final version. In this way you avoid helping the student cheat.

Faculty also must do a lot of papers. In fact, it is a cliche now in th academic world "Publish or Perish." Yet again, you can help those who do not have the typing or English skills to meet that requirement.
